Dungeness Crab Season Update -2025

We’re as excited as you are for local Dungeness crab!
This year’s California commercial crab season has been delayed to protect whales and other marine life. The official start date has not yet been announced by the California Department of Fish & Wildlife, but typically fresh local crab becomes available sometime in late November or December, depending on ocean conditions and testing.

We’ll post updates as soon as we have confirmation from our local suppliers — and we’ll shout it from the rooftops (or at least our seafood case) the moment fresh crab hits the store!
